How can I track the status of my order if I do not have a Indowings account?

Once your order is successful, the system will automatically create a Indowings account for you. The user ID will be the email you used to place the order. You can reset the password by clicking the following link and logging into your Indowings account to track your order: https://accounts.indowings.com/user/get_password

How do I change my order after I place it before it ships?

The nation, product quantity, category and color cannot be changed after an order has been placed. If you want to change these details, please cancel the order and purchase again.
Since different states and cities have different tax rates, our customers cannot change the city, state or ZIP code after the order is placed if the order is paid by credit card or bank transfer. If the order is paid by Paypal or Affirm, no changes can be made because the payment processor verifies the shipping address information before approving the payment.

How can I cancel an order that has not yet shipped after I have submitted it?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can log into your Indowings account and cancel your order under "My Orders" in the Indowings Store. If your order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it. Please contact customer service to request a return. (https://www.indowings.com/support)

Are there shipping charges for repeat shipments, refused packages, or packages returned without reason?

Yes. The recipient is responsible for additional shipping charges if the delivery was caused by the recipient. Shipping charges for returning products due to order cancelation or package rejection after the product has been shipped are the responsibility of the recipient and will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs for returns without reason are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

Under what circumstances can the Indowings Online Store unilaterally cancel an order?

The Indowings Online Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not commercially distribute, publish, license or resell products or services purchased from the Indowings Online Store. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the original amount if we find any of the following violations before the product is shipped or signed for:
1) The products ordered exceed the purchase limit with the same Indowings account;
2) A single account does not violate the purchase limit, but it is determined (by payment account, shipping address, IP address, contact number, or other method) that an individual is associated with numerous accounts that cumulatively violate the purchase limit.
3) Indowings receives notification from the credit card issuer or PayPal that the transaction was somehow fraudulent.
4) Indowings determines that the purchase was made by improper means or finds evidence that the order was not made legally.
